Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to inspect your gear and ensure it meets your requirements for the slopes.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Product must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Heated Clothing & Accessories (Heated Ski Gloves, Heated Ski Socks, Heated Clothing) – Due to intimate nature and electrical components
- Ski Boot Spares (Atomic, Dalbello, Dynafit, Fischer, Head, Garmont) – Specialized components that may have been installed or fitted
- Binding Spares & Components (Binding Freedom, Binding Spares) – Safety-critical components that may have been installed
- Any items that show signs of use, installation, or damage
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Send your return package to our warehouse address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange according to your preference.

We aim to process refunds as quickly as we’d want ours processed after a long day on the mountain:

- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or product? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request. If the exchange item differs in price, we’ll process the appropriate refund or charge the difference.
